The company expects that in the first half of 2010, the target for completing the LED sapphire ingot will be expanded from 90,000 mm at the end of 2009 to 11 to 120,000 mm, and the capacity will increase by more than 30%. It is expected to expand to 180,000 mm in the second half of 2010.

The company also said that the reason for the shortage of materials is mainly due to the high expansion of the LED epitaxial plant, but the upstream material plant capacity can not be connected for a while, which will naturally make the price upward, and the shortage of goods may continue into 2011.
