In accordance with the commitment of the controlling shareholder Hangzhou Silan Holdings Co., Ltd. in the share-trading reform plan, Silan Micro implemented the relevant equity incentives in phases. As of the date, Silan Holdings transferred 11.93 million shares to the company's management team and scientific and technical personnel in two ways by transferring the restricted shares of the tradable shares.
