In the 2015 government work report, the "Internet +" Action Plan was elevated to a national strategy aimed at driving industrial upgrading and business innovation through new IT technologies. At the heart of this initiative is cloud computing, which serves as a core technology and new architectural model for transforming enterprise operations and enabling service innovation. The "Internet +" approach has accelerated China's transition from the "cloud construction phase" to the "cloud usage and popularization phase," shifting the focus of users from building cloud infrastructure to creating value through cloud services. In this transformation, cloud deployment strategies, cloud solutions, and the selection of cloud IT providers are critical factors influencing business continuity, security, and the seamless migration from physical to virtual to cloud environments.
In the second half of 2015, Zhongqiao conducted a survey among 434 IT leaders across Chinese companies regarding the impact of "Internet Plus." The findings revealed that the most significant impact of "Internet Plus" was accelerating the evolution of existing data centers toward virtualization and cloud computing. The second major impact was increasing investment in new applications and cloud technologies. It can be said that the arrival of "Internet +" has acted as a powerful catalyst for the rapid adoption of cloud computing in China.
**Cloud Becomes Mainstream Through Virtualization**
Enterprise IT evolution is a long-term journey, with different organizations at various stages of development and unique requirements for cloud adoption. Choosing the right cloud deployment model is crucial for a smooth transition from physical to virtual to cloud environments. Currently, China’s cloud computing landscape is dominated by three models: private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid cloud. While public cloud is widely adopted, the implementation of private and hybrid clouds often requires external support. The question then becomes: what kind of external support not only saves time and effort but also enhances productivity and drives business innovation? According to the Zhongqiao survey, over one-third (39.4%) of respondents chose VMware as their preferred platform for cloud deployment.
It is worth noting that nearly half (47.4%) of enterprise users opted for VMware to deploy their cloud infrastructure, followed by open-source or multi-vendor virtualization solutions. This choice is driven by VMware’s reputation for reliability, availability, and proven technology, which ensures business stability, security, and future scalability. Additionally, many enterprises have both traditional core applications and new applications being deployed continuously. Most users prefer a hybrid architecture, using virtualization to support legacy systems and open-source platforms for new applications. VMware’s software-defined data center supports both traditional and virtual environments while also integrating with OpenStack to meet the needs of evolving IT infrastructures.
**Choosing the Right Cloud Solution**
With growing enthusiasm for cloud computing, enterprises are now focusing on developing cloud strategies and selecting the right cloud solutions to drive IT transformation and enhance competitiveness. According to Zhongqiao’s research, 30.1% of respondents chose to build their own cloud solutions based on manufacturer recommendations, while 23.9% preferred pre-packaged solutions from integrators. Another 16.6% opted for vendor-provided packages.
Developing an internal cloud solution offers the advantage of customization, allowing enterprises to make full use of existing resources, thereby improving utilization and reducing IT costs. For users, cloud computing represents a new application form under the "Internet +" framework, serving as a starting point for IT innovation. The choice of cloud solution should not only address current needs but also prepare for future growth, including support for emerging technologies like the Internet of Things. A flexible and customized cloud solution tailored to specific needs is therefore highly desirable. In fact, 40.5% of users opted for packaged solutions—either from integrators or vendors—which cover everything from consulting and planning to deployment and management. These packages help users clarify their cloud evolution path, enable faster cloud deployment, and optimize IT resources through centralized management, ultimately enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
**Security and Stability of Core Applications and Innovation in New Applications**
For users, “safety, continuity, and stability†are the top priorities when building and using cloud services. How IT users evaluate cloud providers directly influences how cloud computing vendors develop their products and technologies. According to the Zhongqiao survey, 41.1% of respondents prioritized ensuring the security and stability of core applications while supporting new application innovations and scalability. Among enterprise users, this preference was even higher, at 48.6%.
As enterprises evolve in the era of big data, cloud computing, mobile internet, and the Internet of Things, they must ensure the performance of traditional core applications while simultaneously launching new applications to drive business and service innovation. Therefore, cloud IT vendors who can meet both the needs of core applications and new innovations are of utmost importance.
**Conclusion**
Today, cloud computing is gaining momentum, and enterprise users have come to understand that cloud evolution is a long-term process. They need to maintain the performance of traditional core applications while supporting new applications to achieve IT breakthroughs. The key question for enterprises today is no longer whether to go to the cloud, but rather when and how to do it effectively. From what we’ve seen, many enterprises are turning to VMware virtualization as a reliable method for transitioning to the cloud. When choosing cloud IT providers, users must align their decisions with their own IT evolution paths and business needs, covering areas such as planning, deployment, and operations. By doing so, they can create greater IT value and seize market opportunities in an increasingly competitive environment.
Rectifier bridge is to seal the rectifier tube in a shell. Points full bridge and half bridge. The full bridge connects the four diodes of the connected bridge rectifier circuit together. The half bridge is half of four diode bridge rectifiers, and two half bridges can be used to form a bridge rectifier circuit. One half bridge can also be used to form a full-wave rectifier circuit with a center-tapped transformer. Select a rectifier bridge to consider. Rectifier circuit and operating voltage.
