The automatic / manual conveying module uses the "automatic / manual" selection button, and the system recognizes whether it is automatic conveying or manual manual conveying. When automatic conveying is selected, the system automatically completes the operations of carbon black feeding, channel selection, pressure feeding, storage, and cleaning. When the system can't work automatically, you can choose manual mode to complete it step by step.
When the system air supply quality and pressure meet the requirements, the pressure feed module opens the inlet valve of the pressure feed tank, sends the carbon black into the pressure feed tank, and selects the delivery channel; after the carbon black is full, closes the inlet valve of the pressure feed tank and starts Dust removal system; open the air inlet to start pressurization. When the air pressure in the pressure feed tank reaches the set value, open the outlet of the pressure feed tank and the intake valve of the conveying pipe to carry out the pneumatic conveyance of carbon black. After the carbon black in the pressure-feeding tank is transported, if the carbon black in the storage tank does not reach the upper loading level and the carbon black needs to be continuously transported, the above process is repeated.
To ensure the purity of each carbon black in the cleaning module, the cleaning process is: close the inlet and outlet of the pressure feed tank, pressurize the pressure feed tank through the air inlet pipe, and open the pressure when the pressure in the pressure feed tank reaches the set value The outlet valve of the feeding tank, and for a period of time, the remaining carbon black in the pressure feeding tank and the conveying pipe is blown into the storage tank with the help of powerful air waves.
Alarm module When the system air pressure exceeds the allowable value, the valve "open" or "close" can not be in place, the dust removal system cannot work normally, and the pressure delivery timeout cannot be completed, the system automatically alarms and indicates the fault location.
