The chip is suitable for mobile phones, MP3/MP4 portable players, GPS navigation and other handheld electronic devices, which can help the lighting system of such products produce brighter colored lights and improve product positioning.
SN3189 supports SystemFree mode: After the system initialization is completed, the chip can be executed periodically. At this time, the external control bus can be released, no longer occupying system resources. All drive modes of the SN3189 can be synchronized with "Music Synchronous Breathing". Its 6-channel RGB output supports external 256-level brightness independent control. The output current of each channel is up to 40mA, and multiple LED lights can be connected in parallel.
In order to meet the design needs of product diversity, Silicon Micro also launched a 3-way RGB breathing light driver chip SN3101 without music synchronization function; a 6-channel RGB breathing light driver chip SN3103 without music synchronization.
