1. Project introduction
Hefei Huaqiao Plaza Project Floodlighting Project (Hefei Yintai Center) is located in the center of the four-storey business district in the core business district of Hefei, adjacent to the Yangtze River Middle Road and only 50 meters away from Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. Opened on January 8, 2012, it is a large-scale urban complex of 180,000 square meters integrating department stores, office buildings and hotel apartments. It consists of 3 floors of underground buildings and 28 floors of above-ground buildings. It is the main store of Intime Department Store, which integrates international famous products, high-end hotels, high-grade office buildings, international cinemas and other comprehensive commercial formats. It is an international business integrating shopping, catering, entertainment and leisure. A new landmark for the center and lifestyle.
The landscape lighting of the project is divided into two parts: podium commercial lighting and main building hotel and office building lighting. The podium commercial department store façade adopts the unique respirable curtain wall in China. The whole façade seems to breathe the building, introducing the international synchronous building for the first time. Mode, function-controlled louver grille, like the skin of the human body, has the function of automatically adjusting temperature and humidity, and the landscape lighting and the curtain wall are constructed synchronously, showing a unique breathing effect at night.
The Hefei Yintai Center is not the tallest building in the region. The special feature lies in the special volume of the building and the form of the curtain wall. We hope that the lighting design will let the lighting lead the building to create its own space at night. His special It is not the brightest, but the use of high-tech means, the uniqueness of formation, from the perspective of the city and people, become the only lighting landmark in Hefei.
2. Innovations in lighting design concepts and methods:
Lighting design concept: The building podium department store adopts the way of seeing no light, combining the lamps perfectly with the curtain wall, setting different lighting installation methods through different angles of the louver curtain wall, each lamp has its uniqueness, with the curtain wall Breathe and breathe.
3. Energy-saving measures in lighting design:
The lamps used in the entire project are LED lamps, which are divided into normal mode and holiday mode.
(1) Select high-efficiency illumination source, this project selects LED light source with high luminous efficiency, long life and good color rendering performance;
(2) Selecting cost-effective lamps, Shanghai Guanglian's special lamps reasonably distribute the luminous flux of the light source to meet the ambient light distribution requirements, without glare and serious reflection, so that the lights are not seen during the day, and the lights are not seen at night;
(3) Select different system control modes, and Shanghai Guanglian's special control mode achieves 50% energy saving.
