8-bit MCU with 6-channel PWM port for LED illumination

The PWM resolution of the new product is 16bit (can work at 16.384MHz), and the PWM control clock is generated by the newly developed clock oscillation circuit. The oscillation frequency is 8.192MHz±1% (at 25°C. -10~85) ±2% at °C and ±2.5% at -40°C to 85°C). According to the introduction, when the oscillation circuit is used in combination with the built-in logic power supply voltage regulator, the number of external components such as capacitors for logic power supply can be reduced, and the lighting device and the lighting device can be reduced by using a small package. The package substrate size contributes.

The new product's built-in comparator can monitor changes in the external environment such as sudden voltage fluctuations, so it can immediately take countermeasures to help the product work stably. The CPU is an 8-bit RISC core developed by LAPIS. The improved noise resistance is ensured by the improved circuit and layout, and the withstandable air discharge exceeds the IEC61000-4-2 Class 4 standard (±15kV) and reaches the measurement limit of ±30kv. The power supply voltage is 2.7 to 5.5V.

In the ML610Q111 and ML610Q112, the ML610Q112 is a high-end product. The memory capacity of the ML610Q111 is 24KB for flash memory and 2KB for SRAM, and 32KB and 4KB for ML610Q112. In addition, the AD converters are equipped with 10bit successive approximation products, but the ML610Q111 is a 6-channel type, while the ML610Q112 is an 8-channel type. The package used is different. The ML610Q111 is available in a 20-pin TSSOP (6.5mm x 4.4mm) package and the ML610Q112 is available in a 32-pin LQFP (7.0mm x 7.0mm) package.

Samples have been available for both products.
