To be honest, the time when OnePlus just gave up on ColorOS and transitioned to H2OS and OxygenOS, so the immaturity of the system is certain. If you look at my survey report, you can find that my assessment of H2OS at that time was: There are many features missing. Of course, this report was released six months ago. Six months can change many things. During this time, H2OS has also undergone earth-shaking changes.
Of course, as a friend with conscience, I certainly do not make one-shot sales. Hahaha. However, with the addition of a system update of one plus three, it has brought me so many surprises. Then I also want to open a new original to praise.
Not much nonsense, the text starts directly.
Since its release to the present, one plus three systems have undergone two major changes. The last big change was probably on March 27, and suddenly OTA had a 10th edition of H2OS beta. From the beginning to the present, H2OS has undergone the following changes:
1.UIFirst of all, according to the product manager, they want to advance the integration of hydrogen and oxygen systems. As we all know, the oxygen system is a system for foreign users, so the UI is very primitive. After the integration of hydrogen and oxygen, H2OS naturally became extremely original. After the first major reform, the desktop of the hydrogen system has been very "primary". However, after the recent second update, H2OS has been completely original.
The previous H2OS slogan was: Give you 33% freedom. The 1/3 wallpaper design has also become a plus iconic design. After this update, the user has achieved 100% freedom... In addition to Google’s desktop Widgets, the UI of the H2OS main page is no different from the UI of Google’s parent Pixel.
Of course, hydrogen Windows 2.0 is still retained compared to pure native UI.
The new features added to Android 7.1, the shortcut icon menu, have also been preserved. Of course, the actual experience, in fact, is similar to the iPhone's 3D Touch, and it is a specific function that can quickly enter the app. However, based on the current situation in which domestic apps generally do not follow Google's specifications, the apps supported by this feature are limited. For example, in my mobile phone, there are almost only built-in apps, cool market, and b-station client support.
In addition, to the delight of many tossing parties, H2OS now supports third-party chart packages. I can't wait to put on my favorite icon package.
Of course, one plus product manager also said that in the future official version, 33% of the hydrogen desktop will coexist with the original desktop, allowing everyone to choose freely.
2. Function completion The UI is secondary, and H2OS did not have many basic functions even half a year ago. Now, after six months of updates, these basic functions have been completed one by one.
The first is the synchronization function. Contacts, text messages, call records, etc. can finally be synchronized.
The system also incorporates its own storage cleanup feature.
The status bar shows the speed of such small features are also added one by one. I do not know if there is any urgent need for these small functions. I believe even if H2OS is not available, it will be added later.
In terms of privacy, the fingerprint/password lock app functionality has also been introduced. One plus users can finally worry about watching their big sister's app open by others, hahaha.
There is also a safe function. Files added to the safe will be hidden. You can see it only after entering the password. Bring your elder sister into the safe! ! !
Can't you believe it? When one plus three was just released, there was no such thing as a screenshot of the company commander. Now, finally, it has.
Other function completions include: Automatically turning on the "night mode" at regular intervals, game-free interruptions, and so on.
3. Invariable, still lightweightIt is different from other domestic UI such as Flyme, MIUI, and so on. H2OS is pursuing "light". In so many updates, one plus did not forget their early heart.
The H2OS project manager said: "The third-party apps have been able to achieve the perfect function, we will not launch." So H2OS does not blindly follow many of the more cumbersome features, such as their own payment.
Instead, OnePlus now seamlessly integrates third-party payments such as WeChat payment, Alipay, etc. into its own system. In the latest update, H2OS added the function of “pressing the Home button to quickly open the WeChat or Alipay payment interfaceâ€. One Plus also suggested that everyone use the "Snowball Wallet" to implement nfc brush subway instead of adding the system-level amount of nfc payment.
Another example, one plus did not join the system-level screen recording function, the above gif, I intercepted with the "screen recording" app, the effect is very perfect.
Therefore, H2OS boldly walked out of the differentiation route when the domestic UI was strong enough. After joining the "localization function" that domestic users love to see, the company kept its lightness and originality as far as possible. It contrasted sharply with UIs such as MIUI and Flyme. It met with me, liked the original, but was subject to the Users of domestic network conditions.
Another benefit of lightweighting is fast. In the past six months, I have also installed more than 70 apps, and the built-in 64GB storage has been replaced by half of my size. (As a headset, I use the player, and no songs in the phone are used. The more than 20 GB are all apps data, documents, photos, etc.) So far, the mobile phone has not been prone to problems such as Catton's domestic bloated UI.
4. Use in half a yearTo tell the truth, if it weren’t for me that I applied for testing, I may never touch one plus this brand in my lifetime.
When I first started using it, I was not optimistic about this phone. In the first two months, I would feel the pain because I didn't have a fingerprint lock app and long screenshots. I also considered not using one plus three and switching to another phone.
But in the update again and again, I got no small surprise. Now I have accepted and loved the phone.
As a wood controller, I purchased the official wooden phone case. This also shows that I will use this phone for a long time. I will soon go abroad, and I also decided to continue my use abroad after brushing one plus three of my OxygenOS.
Of course, it must be admitted that where the hardware is unsatisfactory, it can never be repaired through software. Such as the screen is red, fingerprint identification in some cases the failure rate is very low and other issues (these I also said in the test report), but these I have become accustomed to it.
Recently my daddy's cell phone broke (previously used Dafa Z3) and asked me to recommend a cell phone. I always recommend the iPhone, I boldly recommend one plus 3T to her. So far, she is quite satisfied.
5. Personal feelingsAt the time, H2OS was still a semi-finished product. Some people said that UI needs time to accumulate. Now, the achievements of H2OS practice have been presented to me through qualitative changes. I have powdered a lot of mobile phone brands, such as Palm, Nokia, HTC, etc... These brands are instant powders. This time is a bit special for one-plus-plus-turning, because it took half a year.
