Fourth, bidder qualification requirements:
1. The bidder must provide a copy of the company's business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate (the combined business license provided by the three certificates is one).
2. The bidder must have the ability to complete the supply of the equipment for this project, guide the installation and commissioning. With the ability to complete import procedures for imported parts.
3. The products provided by the bidders must meet the technical requirements in the bidders' technical specifications and issue sales and operating performance of 600 MW units of the same type. (Provide a copy of the contract and user certification).
4. The bidder provided the financial statements for the past three years and the credit certificate issued by the bank.
5. The bidder cannot participate in bidding as a subcontractor of other bidders. The legal representative is the parent company of the same person, a wholly-owned subsidiary and a holding company. Neither bidder can participate in the bidding for the project at the same time.
