Yiguang's target cost of launching high-performance COB components is directly at 200lm/$

At the 2011 Taipei International Photonics Week, Everlight launched a new COB (Chip-on-Board) LED component product. This component provides a better illuminating source for LED energy-saving bulbs than the low, medium and high power LED package components currently used on LED bulbs.

Everlight's innovative COB LEDs deliver high efficiency, adequate lumen output, high color rendering (CRI), long-lasting light uniform distribution, acceptable price and a more comfortable light source environment than traditional bulbs. In the design of LED bulbs, while taking into account heat dissipation, color temperature control, temperature, light distribution and price, you can replace 40W and 60W traditional bulbs (A-bulbs).



In terms of brightness and color rendering, Everlight's COB LEDs are matched with MCPCB substrates and polycrystalline packages. At a color temperature of 3000k, they can exhibit performances greater than 95lm per watt and color rendering 80 (CRI). The change of color temperature will also affect the uniformity of LED light source. The COB LED of Everlight is between 25 °C and 85 °C, and the color temperature can be controlled within 200K.
