Inspur Huaguang was invited to join the G20-LED Summit

Recently, Shandong Inspur Huaguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. officially joined the summit members at the invitation of the G20-LED Summit Organizing Committee.

Founded in 1999, Shandong Inspur Huaguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Inspur Huaguang”) is the only one in the same industry in China to master the production of full color gamut LED technology and civil LD epitaxial materials, die production, device packaging and application products. Long production technology enterprises have a complete industrial chain and are in a leading position in the domestic optoelectronics industry. At present, the power of Inspur Huaguang's high-power products has reached 110lm/W-120lm/W, which has strong technical advantages in China.

In addition, based on the support of the national “863” program, Inspur Huaguang’s silicon carbide substrate technology has also made considerable progress. Inspur Huaguang No. 3 Plant is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. There will be one silicon carbide project, and 200 sets of silicon carbide crystal growth furnace will be in place.

According to Gaogong LED reporter, there are currently 8 sets of Inspur Huaguang Red Yellow LED chip production equipment and 18 sets of GaN equipment. Six MOCVD equipments will be introduced every quarter. According to the plan, the total number of MOCVD equipment will reach 90 after the completion of Inspur Huaguang No.3 Plant. Inspur Huaguang's current LED chip capacity is 2000kk / month. After the completion of the third plant, the LED epitaxial wafer can reach an annual output of 4 million pieces and 80 billion LED chips.

Zheng Tiemin, general manager of Inspur Huaguang, said in an interview with Gaogong LED reporters, “In order to exchange information with the industry peers, we will face the current market supply and demand relationship and discuss the development plan and seek cooperation and win-win. Inspur Huaguang hopes to be in G20-LED. In the summit, it played a good role of 'student, advocate, and collaborator'.

Regarding the recommendations on what topics to discuss at the G20-LED summit, Zheng Tiemin said that Inspur Huaguang is most concerned about "the existing LED production equipment and equipment that has not been ordered yet to achieve full capacity operation."

For the development of the LED industry, Zheng Tiemin also put forward his own suggestion, "The development of the industry should be 'high, low, stable'. The so-called high means that the technical level should be improved, the production efficiency should be improved, and the product quality should be improved. Just to pursue production and not to emphasize quality, our peers are always big and not strong; the so-called low means lower production costs, lower inventory, lower receivables, not just to increase sales. Credit sales, resulting in huge financial costs and financial pressure; the so-called stability means that the development of the industry should be steadily advanced, the pace of development should be consistent with the needs of the market, not to purchase equipment in large quantities for the purpose of making the enterprise bigger. Because the market demand is limited, the number of technicians is limited, so that a large number of equipment is idle or the operation rate is not high, so that not only the company can not be profitable and disrupt the market, the whole industry is frustrated."
