Whistpool will bring the full-band aluminate phosphor to the 2013 High-tech LED Lighting Exhibition

At present, the mainstream 3000K-5000K devices in the market mostly use yellow powder with orange-red phosphor, or yellow powder with red powder. The latest aluminate orange series phosphors from Whistpool Optoelectronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wishbool”) can be easily realized with a single powder solution.

This orange phosphor is made of aluminate YAG and has excellent thermal stability. The emission peak covers 560nm-600nm. It is used for warm white light source packaging. It can be used with red green phosphor for high-definition medium and small power source products. .

At the same time, this single-powder solution can be used to replace the current multi-powder blending scheme with warm white, and the product consistency is improved by about 47%. It can also be used as a substitute for silicate products for backlight low color temperature products. Lower prices can significantly reduce packaging costs.

Whisper's sales manager Hou Weiguo said that the YAP series of yellow aluminum fluorite phosphors have covered all products in the YAG band, and the aluminum chlorate product line with the band from 520nm to 600nm has a relative brightness increase of 5-10% compared with the mainstream LED phosphors. The solution can meet the needs of various backlight products and the optimal cost and efficiency of lighting.

GAP series green aluminate phosphors adopt a unique matching design to achieve double improvement of light efficiency and color development. It can be used with 620~650nm red powder, and can be applied to warm white or white light source products between 82 and 95. Its index and light efficiency are higher than the Energy Star standard, and its stability is even better.
