Therefore, this paper develops a high-speed multi-voltage switching high-voltage generating component design using a dynamic range control circuit and PID feedback control through a high-speed multi-voltage switching LED wafer electrostatic measurement module, with a high-voltage dynamic range (250V-8kV) and High-speed static test (80ms), as shown in Figure 2A and Figure 2B, to meet the needs of the domestic LED industry, to achieve the goal of reducing costs and self-made key modules.

LED wafer electrostatic measurement module system architecture

In this paper, the high-speed and large dynamic range LED wafer electrostatic measurement module is developed as shown in Fig. 3. The technology is designed for high-speed large dynamic range LEDs in the current domestic LED wafer electrostatic measurement module with insufficient dynamic range (500V to 4000V) and foreign module voltage switching time is too slow (0V to 4kV rise time is about 500ms). The wafer electrostatic measurement module enables the output voltage to cover a wide dynamic range of the standard electrostatic classification of 250V to a maximum voltage of 8000V; and shortens the low voltage switching to a high voltage rise time to within 80ms to achieve high speed and large dynamic range LED crystal Grain line detection and classification purposes.
