4. Structure: This T8 tube is very different from the materials used in other T8 tubes on the market. Generally, the materials used in LED T8 on the market are PC cover and aluminum structure. It will be broken in less than 1000 hours. Only then did I find that the biggest problem was the heat dissipation problem. Since the heat is completely sealed in the tube, it can't be dissipated at all, and the life of the straw hat lamp is short, and it is of course impossible to have a long life. Although our fluorescent lamp uses a full plastic tube, the heat dissipation problem has been completely solved. Our lamp board adopts aluminum substrate , LED adopts 2835 lamp bead, spontaneously developed power supply, high efficiency, no stroboscopic, low heat, whole lamp temperature, about 50°, internal power supply temperature is 70°.
