After confirming that the products fell within the scope of the compulsory product certification, the authorities required the importer to provide the appropriate certification documents. Unfortunately, the importer failed to present any valid certification or supporting paperwork. As a result, the batch was deemed unsafe for consumers and was ultimately destroyed to prevent potential hazards.
