Our team of experienced engineers ensures the quality and reliability of all our equipment, so you can trust us for all your lab needs. Below are some important usage instructions for the high and low temperature test chamber: 1. Before conducting any environmental tests, make sure you fully understand the sample's performance, the required test conditions, procedures, and techniques. Familiarize yourself with the technical specifications of the equipment and its operation. Always read the user manual carefully to avoid operational errors that could damage the sample or lead to inaccurate data. 2. Choose the right test chamber based on the sample size and type. For heat-generating samples, ensure the volume does not exceed 10% of the effective chamber space. For non-heat-generating samples, the limit is 20%. For example, if testing a 21-inch color TV, a 1-cubic-meter chamber may work, but if it generates heat during operation, a larger chamber is necessary to maintain accurate temperature control. 3. Place the test samples properly. Keep them at least 10 cm away from the chamber walls, and arrange multiple samples on the same plane if possible. Avoid blocking air vents or the temperature/humidity sensors to ensure even distribution of temperature and humidity throughout the chamber. 4. When using a damp heat test chamber, the wet bulb gauze must be of the correct type—specifically, a linen-based "wet bulb gauze" as specified by meteorological standards. The gauze should be 100mm long, tightly wrapped around the sensor probe, with the probe 20–30mm away from the humidity cup. The gauze must be immersed in water to ensure accurate humidity readings. Using incorrect materials can affect the accuracy of the test results. 5. If the test requires adding a medium, such as water in a damp heat test chamber, use distilled or deionized water with a resistivity of at least 500 Ω·cm. Tap water has a much lower resistivity and is prone to contamination. Fresh water is essential to prevent impurities from affecting the test. Some commercial purified water options are also suitable and offer good value while maintaining the required electrical resistance. By following these guidelines, you can ensure accurate and reliable test results. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us. We're here to help!
