Xiong Qunli: It's better to turn over than to find another way

Xie Qunli, deputy director of Electronic Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and general manager of China Electronics Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as China Electronics), recently received an exclusive interview with the reporters of China Electronics News, and analyzed the importance and urgency of accelerating the development of China’s electronic information industry. Sex, and issued its own opinions and suggestions on how to effectively promote the development of industry and technology and enhance the core competitiveness of China's electronic information industry.

The core is still missing from the need to go from big to strong. China is a big country in the electronic information manufacturing industry, and there is still a gap from the strong country. In some respects, there is a danger that the gap will further widen.

Xiong Qunli "China Electronics News": China has become a major manufacturing country in the electronic information industry, but its ability to innovate is weak, and the situation in which core technologies and key equipment are controlled by people has not been completely changed. Do you think that the gap between China's electronic information field and foreign countries is mainly manifested in what areas? Is there any risk of further expansion?

Xiong Qunli: China is a big country in the electronic information manufacturing industry, but it is not a strong country. Because on the whole, not only the products we manufacture are not ours, but also the product concepts and core technologies are not ours. The influence of the products on future society and life will not be grasped by how it will develop in the future. Under such circumstances, we basically only assume the role of an OEM. For example, most of Apple's products are manufactured by us, but we produce Apple's generation of products, do not know the trend of its next-generation products, do not know what the Apple products produced will bring social and industrial Kind of influence. This is the gap we face, and I think that in some areas, especially the core technology and high-end manufacturing, there is a danger that the gap will further widen.

Of course, this does not mean that the gap in the entire electronic information industry is widening. I think the advantages of the electronic information manufacturing industry in the information industry are still very obvious. China's electronic information manufacturing industry has advantages in terms of production scale, production capacity, production technology, organizational deployment capabilities of production resources, and market perception capabilities (based on China's already large market).

Or take Apple as an example. China can make an OEM for Apple. However, China is still unable to produce a company like Apple. It is not because China lacks Jobs, but because China's current market system architecture cannot produce companies like Apple.

"China Electronics News": When it comes to manufacturing advantages, what do you think about the increase in labor costs in China? Will China's manufacturing advantage still exist?

Xiong Qunli: Our labor costs have indeed increased over the years. Because China is building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, we hope that as the company's development, as an important stakeholder in the company, the standard of living of its employees will also improve. This is correct. This will inevitably lead to an increase in labor costs.

However, the entire manufacturing cost is not just a labor cost. The capacity of manufacturing process management, manufacturing process development, and manufacturing related resources are all far higher in China than Brazil, Mexico, and other countries. In addition, we are in front of the sales service after the formation of products. The service levels of our white and black power industries are generally not worse than those of foreign companies. Moreover, the state is now emphasizing strengthening management of enterprises and making efforts to optimize the allocation of resources. For example, the SASAC conducted an annual management and promotion campaign for central SOEs, and China Electronics Corporation has also formulated a three-year management improvement plan that aims to make up for the decline in cost advantages brought about by the appropriate increase in labor costs by strengthening management and improving resource allocation efficiency. .

Grasp the opportunities such as the Internet of Things and promote industrial transformation System integration of application innovation needs may be an important direction of China's electronic information industry.

"China Electronics News": The evolution of a new generation of information technology, and the development of strategic emerging industries such as cloud computing, the Internet of things, and the mobile Internet have brought new opportunities and challenges for the development and industrialization of China's electronic information core technologies.

Xiong Qunli: Cloud computing, internet of things, and mobile internet are emerging trends in the electronic information industry. These situations are intrinsically linked, but also have different applications and missions. They are the extensions and innovations of the previous generation of technology. The core of these trends is the development of software, network technology, chip technology, and information processing technology. For example, the core of cloud computing is virtual technology. It seems that virtual technology has been developed. Deeply because chip, software technology and network technology have made great progress.

The development of these information technologies will not only affect the future of the information industry, but will also have a major impact on global life and economy. The country has recently proposed seven strategic emerging industries, but I always believe that the electronic information industry is still strategic and basic and has a huge impact on the national economy. The above three are the three cutting-edge technologies in the electronic information industry. It certainly has a huge impact on the social economy.

Of course, the development of these emerging technologies has also meant a huge transformation and upgrading requirement for China's electronic information industry itself, which is what everyone calls the challenge. On the one hand, the industry will face a huge leap in technology. Taking cloud computing as an example, some people think that there is no technological improvement in cloud computing. In fact, cloud computing is a huge technological leap. There are no high-speed processing chips, no ultra-wideband communication network, no super information processing capabilities, and no cloud Calculations. Therefore, from this perspective, China’s electronic information industry is facing a huge leap in technology, and systems and terminals for chips, software, broadband networks must be upgraded. On the other hand, judging from the development model, China’s electronic information industry has always been based on manufacturing as the basic model. Although the future manufacturing industry still exists, the traction capability of innovation and application will become a major proposition for the industry. The need for systematic integration of innovation needs may be an important direction for the industry.

Faced with these challenges, we must take the initiative to transfer and transfer industries to the high end. Such high-end industries include software, chips, communications equipment, and terminals. Frankly speaking, mobile internet, internet of things, and cloud computing are not invented by the Chinese. We should reflect on why we did not go to the forefront of the industry to lead the industry? So whenever these new technologies come out, we always feel the opportunity but first of all feel challenged. The challenge is that the products, services, and manufacturing we learned earlier will soon be replaced by new products, technologies, and service models. This once again proves that we are missing at the high end. No matter whether it is technology or products, we have not been able to stand at the front to see the next step, but wait for others to see the next step after we follow.

The biggest task of China's electronic information industry at this stage is transformation and upgrading. I even believe that, to some extent, China will be able to eliminate some of the low-end manufacturing industries that rely solely on labor cost advantages.

The use of research and development to achieve systemic breakthroughs in the application system has led to industries and technologies. The systematic integration of the information industry should be promoted, and the whole machine and the whole machine should be driven to drive the development of the components through the system.

"China Electronics News": At present, China should focus on the core technology of electronic information to achieve a breakthrough?

Xiong Qunli: From the perspective of the status quo of the industry, objectively speaking, our foundation is still lagging behind. At present, we need to make breakthroughs in many technical fields. In the field of chips, we still have problems with western developed countries and it is difficult to keep pace with them. In the materials field, we have a wide gap... In this case, I think we need to consider not only what technologies we want to break through, but also Need to consider how to change the traction situation. We can point out a certain technology. It means that it already exists. Others already have research results.

Faced with the gap between developed countries in the information industry, we cannot simply follow the path of technology tracking. In the past, we often took the corner to overtake the vehicle. In fact, we may not need to overtake and we may take another “track”. The whole world recognizes that China itself has a large market. With such a large market, China is entirely possible to emerge from the new model of Internet of Things, cloud computing, and mobile Internet development.

For example, the Internet of Things can currently be said to be surging in the country. However, the basic model is still a development model that uses the Internet as the center to expand and extend. The problem with this kind of development is that if people go further on the internet or sensor network after a few years, we must follow it up. Whether we can engage in a top-tier architecture of China’s own Internet of things, which covers the Internet from the top down, and although the Internet is still its core or important part, it is not simply an extension of the Internet today. The Internet of Things covers not only the electronic information industry, but also other economic and industrial developments, which deserve attention. For the Internet of Things, we have to stand tall.

The same is true for cloud computing. In fact, China is taking the lead in the development and application of cloud computing. However, walking ahead does not mean that we are completely confident that we will move forward with confidence. Because we are moving forward based on the foundation of others, we lack the ability to use innovative applications. At any time, if a brick at the bottom is removed, we may be able to fall.

So do we have the conditions to do top down now? Nowadays society is different from what it used to be. Now it is demand traction and technology advancement. The demand for Internet of Things and cloud computing in China is untold in the world. With such a large demand background, we can lead or guide the direction of technology development. In the past, China was only regarded as a manufacturing-consuming country that consumed resources. Now that China is a huge market, and to a certain extent, the market has determined the direction of technological development. This is a real opportunity.

"China Electronics News": What do you mean is the use of Internet of Things, cloud computing and other applications to drive the development of the industry? How do you view the changes in the global electronic information industry development model?

Xiong Qunli: Yes, the application itself is a huge system, which hauls the industry and technology. It should promote the systematic integration of the information industry and drive the whole machine and the whole machine to drive the development of the components through the system. Although we do not rule out the possibility of producing a device with one material in some areas, one device produces a whole machine phenomenon, but this may be more focused on the frontier research in the basic field. From the perspective of industry, combined with the current social development trends, the system led by the system to drive the whole machine, the whole machine to drive the components is likely to become a new industrial model.

Under this industrial model, systemic demand drives the accumulation of different machines, resulting in a function and effect that surpasses the single machine. In the same way, after system integration through the accumulation of different components, the resulting complete machine surpasses the benefits and values of all components. This is the traction of the system. And now, this system will be a giant system, especially in the area of the Internet of Things. The system will be very complicated and actually a system. The system consists of a number of systems. The system then carries the complete machine and the complete machine with basic components. I think that this will be a very good development model in the next step of industrial development, and the Internet of things and cloud computing are all great engines for industrial development.

China Electronics News: What policy support do you think you need?

Xiong Qunli: In fact, we have many policies. Although we still welcome more policies to encourage industrial development, it is even more important to emphasize the implementation of each policy.

The Rectifier Bridge is to seal the rectifier in a shell. Divided into full bridge and half bridge. The full bridge seals the four diodes of the connected bridge rectifier circuit. The half bridge is to seal together half of the four diode bridge rectifiers. Two bridges can be used to form a bridge rectifier circuit. One half bridge can also form a full-wave rectifier circuit with a center tap of the transformer. Rectifier circuit and operating voltage.
