Installation requirements and precautions
1. Before installation, check whether the model shown on the label, the measurement range, and the working power are consistent with the requirements of the site of use.
2. This product can be installed on the pipe (or container wall) using threaded connection. No mounting bracket is required. The installation position may produce zero error (larger clamp-type error), but it can be calibrated and has no effect on the range. In order to avoid solid precipitation or other viscous substances in the measuring medium, the pressure inlet of the transmitter is affected and the measurement accuracy is affected. It is recommended to install the product with the pressure inlet hole tilted downward or downward at a certain angle. When installing or removing the transmitter, the wrench can only be forced at the hexagonal point beside the mounting threads.
3. When measuring high temperature media, use a pressure tube or other cooling device to reduce the temperature to the temperature range allowed for the transmitter.
4. Install the transmitter in a ventilated and dry environment as far as possible, away from strong magnetic interference (if it is impossible to avoid magnetic interference, it is recommended to install an isolator). When installing in the open air, direct light and rain should be avoided. Otherwise, the performance of the transmitter may be deteriorated or may malfunction.
5, the transmitter should be installed in the temperature gradient and temperature fluctuations in a small place, while avoiding strong vibration and shock.
6. If the medium to be measured is viscous or has precipitation, please use a sanitary structure and clean it regularly to avoid any error. For other special applications, please request when ordering, we can make special production.
7. The transmitter works outside the compensated temperature range and performance is degraded.
8. When the temperature of the environment or the temperature of the measuring medium changes abruptly, the transmitter signal will jump. This is a normal phenomenon. After the ambient temperature and medium temperature stabilize, the transmitter signal will stabilize.
9. Personnel not specially trained should not disassemble the transmitter at will to avoid damage. If the transmitter fails, please go back to Shanghai Enbon Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. and repair it under the guidance of professional and technical personnel.
10. The transmitter is a precision measurement instrument and should be calibrated regularly to the relevant measurement department.
11. Before using the product, please read the "User Manual" at random.
12, the transmitter is best used linear constant voltage power supply, switching power supply may be high-frequency interference.
caveat! One of the following conditions may cause irreparable damage to the product:
1. Long-term overload or measured pressure value exceeds the product's "overload capability" (see the product's "certificate of inspection").
2. The power supply is greater than 45VDC or powered by AC.
3, with a hard object into the pressure hole or measured medium coagulation.
4, measured corrosive or beer, hydrogen and other media, and did not specify when ordering.
Product warranty
Shanghai Enbon Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. guarantees to the original purchaser that the instruments manufactured by our company are free of defects in materials and workmanship and agrees to exchange or repair instruments or components with defective quality for free within 12 months from the date of shipment. The purchaser should be responsible for the application, corrosion protection and function selection of the instrument. For products outside the warranty period, the company collects material fees that are not required for repairs.
