1 Introduction
The in-line wire drawing machine is one of the common metal wire processing equipments. 2 Equipment Introduction
The drawing speed of each drawing head of the in-line drawing machine is superposed by the main speed and PID fine adjustment. Each drawing head is equipped with a displacement sensor on the tension balance bar to dynamically measure the metal wire between the drawing heads. Tension, displacement sensor output (4mA ~ 20mA or 0V ~ 10V) standard signal, as the feedback of the tension closed loop PID control of the frequency converter, through adjusting the motor speed of each level, the system ensures that the tension of each tension detection point is constant. Only by keeping the tension of each point constant during the entire drawing process, can it be ensured that the multi-level continuous drawing can be performed smoothly and the quality of the metal wire can be pulled out. Low-speed jogging through the mold, the operating speed is stable. When the motor is fully loaded, the starting torque reaches 150% of the rated torque, and the maximum line speed is 20m/s. 3 system configuration
(1) Drawing machine: Select one inverter of VCD1000 series drawing machine, current vector control, smooth start-up process, stable high-speed operation.
(2) N-level wiredrawing slaves: Select N series VCD1000 series tension control inverters, tension closed-loop control, step-by-step tracking operation, current vector control, and low-frequency high-torque output.
(3) Winder: One set of VCD1000 series tension control inverter is selected, and the tension is closed-loop control to track the output speed of the wire drawing machine. Current vector control, built-in braking unit and disconnection protection function, install braking resistor according to motor power.
4 System Features
(1) The complex tension control is completed by the inverter. PLC only performs logic control and main speed control, reducing the difficulty of PLC program and system hardware development.
(2) The system has a simple structure, low correlation, and convenient operation and maintenance. At the same time, the control effect is better and the equipment operation is more stable.
(3) The A/D and D/A modules are reduced, and the performance requirements of the PLC are low. This is an optimized low-cost solution.
(4) The inverter is controlled by a current vector controller. The low-frequency torque is large and there is no dead zone. The low-speed 0.5Hz rated torque is output stably. There is no material loss in the die-cutting or test machine.
(5) The tension balance lever can be started in the lower limit position, middle position or upper limit position. The drawing speed is automatically tracked. The tension balance bar is basically maintained at the midpoint and the swing amplitude is small.
