2, the choice of bearing clearance: the user will generally only inform the purchase of the bearing in what type, grade, rarely ask the bearing clearance, business personnel must ask the bearing use conditions, which bearing the speed, temperature , With tolerances are directly related to the choice of bearing clearance. Generally, motors with a rotation speed of 3,500 rpm or lower generally use CM clearance. For high-temperature, high-speed motors, relatively large clearances are required. The bearing clearance will be reduced after assembly because of the increase of the inner hole and the shrinkage of the outer circle. The amount of clearance reduction = the amount of interference × 60% (excluding the bearing room is aluminum). For example, the clearance before the assembly of the bearing is 0.01 mm, and the interference amount during assembly is 0.01 mm, and the clearance after the assembly of the bearing is 0.004 mm. In theory, the noise and life of the bearing at zero clearance are in the best state, but considering the temperature rise and other issues in the actual operation, the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm.

3, the choice of grease: The choice of grease is generally based on the bearing speed, temperature conditions, noise requirements and starting torque and other aspects of the choice, requiring business staff to understand the performance of various oils.

4, the choice of bearing sealing type: bearing lubrication can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil-lubricated bearings are generally the preferred type of bearings. Grease-lubricated bearings are generally sealed with dust caps or rubber seals. The dust cover is suitable for high temperature or good environment. The seal is divided into two kinds: contact seal and non-contact seal. The contact seal has good dustproof performance but large starting torque. The non-connected seal has small starting torque, but the sealing performance No contact is good.

Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing chamber, roundness must be controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.

2, the assembly of the bearing: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, such as improper assembly can easily damage the bearing channel, leading to bearing damage. Bearings should be equipped with special molds and cannot be arbitrarily beaten. When the shaft is pressed into the shaft, only the small ring can be stressed. When the large circle is pressed, only the large circle can be stressed. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required during assembly. The upper and lower molds must be outside the horizontal state during press-fitting. If there is inclination, the bearing channels will be damaged due to the force and the bearings will produce the sound.

3, the prevention of assembly of foreign bodies: When the bearing is mounted on the rotor to make dynamic balance, it is easy to enter the bearing inside the bearing when the balance of iron scraps generated during balancing, so it is best to do dynamic balance before loading the bearing. There are some manufacturers to facilitate the assembly, the assembly of the bearing room painted with some oil or grease lubrication effect, but often the operator is difficult to control the amount of good, if the oil or grease accumulation in the bearing room more, when the bearing is rotating It is easy to enter the bearing inside along the shaft. The bearing room is best not to be oiled or greased. If it is not coated, it must be controlled so that there is no accumulation in the bearing room.

4, the prevention of paint rust: Paint rust is characterized by multiple in the sealed motor, the motor sounds good in the assembly, but put some time in the warehouse, the motor abnormal sound becomes very large, remove the bearing Severe rusting. In the past, many manufacturers thought that it was a bearing problem. After our constant publicity, now the motor factory has realized that it is mainly a problem of insulating paint. This problem is mainly due to the fact that the acid material that is evaporating from the insulating paint forms a corrosive substance under a certain temperature and humidity, and causes the bearing to be damaged after corroding the bearing channel. This problem can currently only be selected for good insulation lacquer and assembled after ventilation for a period of time after drying.

Bearing life is closely related to manufacturing, assembly, and use. It must be done at every stage in order to keep the bearing in its best operating condition and thus extend the service life of the bearing.
