Explosion-proof electrical circuit wiring problem

In an explosion hazardous environment, the installation location, laying method, wire material, and connection method of the electric line should be compatible with the regional hazard level and should meet the following requirements.

(1) Location. Electrical wiring should be laid at a location where the risk of explosion is small or distant from the source of release. Electrical lines should be laid along the external walls of buildings that are at risk of explosion. When the dangerous gases or vapors are heavier than air, the electrical lines should be laid at high places, and the cables should be buried directly or laid on the cable trenches; When the gas or vapor is lighter than air, the electrical line should be laid in a low place, and the cable should be laid with a cable trench. The overhead lines below 10kV and 10kV shall not cross over the dangerous explosion environment; when the overhead line is adjacent to the explosion hazardous environment, the distance between them shall not be less than 1.5 times the height of the tower.

(2) Wiring and wiring. Explosion hazard environment mainly uses explosion-proof steel pipe wiring and cable wiring. Use thick-walled pipes as much as possible, and some may do pressure test.
