Road water monitoring system program

First, the program background

In the “7-21” catastrophic natural disaster, road traffic in 37 cities in Beijing was disrupted, and 27 of them were interrupted. There is no escape from the urban underpass overpass, and basically there are stagnant water conditions under the bridge, with 31 more serious.

At the same time, the city’s expressway accumulated water in 10 places and the roads were interrupted. The 17.5-kilometer speed of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Highway out of Beijing was one of the “7-21′′ torrential rainstorms. The average water depth is 4 meters, the deepest. At 6 meters, it caused flooding of hundreds of cars.

As soon as possible to complete the detection of existing water points monitoring equipment and data transmission links to ensure that the existing data transmission is accurate and stable; installation of water monitoring equipment in the city underpass flyover bridge and the development of a comprehensive analysis platform work program has become The important task of urban public management.

Second, the technical program description

We collectively refer to the equipment on site as the Remote Monitoring and Display Unit (RMDU). The monitoring center designed the RMDU management software platform to complete the management functions of all RMDUs in the management area. The management software and RMDU use a relatively mature GPRS communication connection. Each sunken overpass consists of two RMDUs as redundant communication links.
