Principle Introduction
The HQ-210 smart counter uses a "radio-injected" infrared sensor to accurately determine the count based on the "long time" of the object passing the sensor.
Indirect infrared sensors are installed and fixed on both sides of the conveyor belt, one for emitting infrared rays and one for receiving infrared rays. When the bag is blocked from the middle to infrared rays, the counter will sense the signals and count them.
HQ-210 has the characteristics of strong anti-interference, accurate counting and durability, and can work 24 hours a day in a harsh field environment.

1. Counting mode selection: Users can choose according to their actual situation: single packet counting mode, continuous packet counting mode.
The HQ-210 accurately determines the count based on the "long time" of the object passing the sensor. The "long time" parameter can be set and modified by the user.
Single packet counting mode principle:
If an object passes the sensor normally, the time for continuous blocking of infrared rays is 1 second; we set the “long time” parameter of the HQ-210 to 0.6 seconds.
Then only objects that block infrared time greater than 0.6 seconds will be counted. Objects with an obstruction time of less than 0.6 seconds are regarded as interference and will not be counted.
In this case, the HQ-210 counter does not count unexpectedly due to vibrations of the belt conveyor or interference from foreign objects. Only when this normal object passes, will it count accurately.
This is the embodiment of HQ-210 anti-interference ability. This is essentially different from the vast majority of electronic counters on the market.
The principle of packet counting mode:
HQ-210 built-in fuzzy algorithm program, combined with the average filter method, with a bag of intelligent recognition function, even package, small stack can also accurately count, accurate identification of up to 5 consecutive packages;
For example: The duration of an object normally passing through the sensor should be 1000 milliseconds. Within the following time zone, the counting rules are summarized as follows:
Then 800 milliseconds ≤ 1 < 1200 milliseconds
Then 1200 milliseconds ≤ 2 < 2400 milliseconds
Then 2400 milliseconds ≤ 3 < 3600 milliseconds
Then 3600 milliseconds ≤4 < 4500 milliseconds
Then 4500 milliseconds ≤ 5 < 5400 milliseconds
If the packet exceeds 5 consecutive packets, the HQ-210 will consider the packet blocking (failure) and automatically stop the chained shutdown.
