According to foreign reports, C. Crane launched a super energy-saving bulb, GeoBulb LED bulb, on Friday, which the company claims is the best bulb in the world.
The GeoBulb LED bulb consumes 7.5 watts of power, but provides 60 watts of incandescent light with a lifetime of 30,000 hours or 10 years of service life. The company said that if the energy-saving light bulbs are used worldwide, global energy consumption will be reduced by 10%, or by half of the energy costs in the next 10 years.
This bulb has three color temperatures to choose from, which are cool, flexible, and warm. Although this kind of light bulb has advantages in all aspects, its price is enough to scare off many consumers. The price of an energy-saving light bulb is as high as 119 US dollars (about 812 yuan).
