Third, the qualifications of bidders
3.1 The bidder must be an institution or enterprise that has registered as an independent legal person within the territory of the People's Republic of China. (Provide a business license (copy) or a copy of the corporate legal person certificate stamped with the official seal, the original for reference)
3.2 Qualification of the Bidder: A Class A qualification for building decoration engineering design (copy of certificate provided with official seal, original for future reference)
3.3 Design Manager: Has a senior engineer and above titles. (Provide a copy of the certificate stamped with the official seal, the original for future reference)
3.4 Performance: The person in charge of the design has undertaken similar projects since January 1, 2013 (the time is based on the time of signing the contract). (Provide a copy of the contract with the official seal, the original for future reference),
3.5 Other requirements (original commitment document provided):
1 There was no violation of laws and regulations, and the qualification of the bid was cancelled according to law and the time limit was not reached;
2 It has not been violated by law or bad behavior in bidding activities, and has been publicized by the relevant administrative supervision department of bids and tenders and the period of publicity has not been reached;
3 Not being ordered to suspend business. Qualification of the bid was cancelled or property was taken over. Freeze and bankruptcy status;
4 The company has not been suspended from bidding due to issues such as fraudulent bid winning or serious breach of contract, major project quality, safety production accidents, etc., and was suspended within the suspension period.
3.6 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
