The main results are as follows:

The fifth is to increase the construction of energy-saving lamp network system and accelerate the popularization and application of high-efficiency lighting products.
On February 27, 2012, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly launched a tender for the 2012 financial subsidy promotion project for semiconductor lighting products.
Policy basis: Interim Measures for the Administration of Financial Subsidy Funds for Efficient Lighting Products (Cai Jian (2007) No. 1027).
Subsidized products: indoor products (LED downlights, reflective self-ballasted LED lights), outdoor products (LED street lights, LED tunnel lights).
Subsidy standard: For each high-efficiency lighting product of large users, the central government will subsidize 30% of the supply price of the winning bid.
Under the strong promotion of the central government, the local government is already in action. The Guangdong Provincial Government has recently proposed a subsidy policy for indoor LED lighting products in 2012, which will be publicly announced soon.
