Technical requirements for certification of energy-saving products for power fittings

This technical requirement is used for energy-saving certification of electric power fittings. In order to implement the "Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China", save energy, protect the environment, reduce the power consumption of electric power fittings, guide the progress of energy-saving technologies, and promote the widespread use of energy-saving power fittings, this technical requirement is formulated.

This technical requirement is formulated according to the current situation of the production and use of electric power fittings in China.

The power fittings applicable to this technical requirement shall meet the following requirements:

GB 2314-1997 "General technical conditions for power fittings", GB/T 2317.1-2000 "Mechanical test methods for power fittings", GB/T 2317.3-2000 "Test methods for power fittings thermal cycling" and GB/T 2317.4-2000 "Power fittings" "Acceptance Rules, Signs and Packaging".

This revised content:

1) Delete "7 Certification Rules" and "8 Explanations".

This technical requirement is proposed and managed by the successful bidder certification center (CSC).

This technical requirement was drafted by the following companies: Li Tienan, Wang Ruohong, Chen Zhitian, Li Rui, You Huaixian, and Zou Guolin. The main drafters of this technical requirement were the successful bidder certification center, Zhejiang Huadian Circuit Equipment Research Institute, and the Power Quality Test Center.
